Environment vs climate: Which will China choose? (in Environment)

Amid the chatter leading up to next week’s climate talks in Cancun, the fact that China’s greenhouse gas emissions are rising by 8 per cent per year has been cited repeatedly. But the Chinese may be more concerned about local air pollution.
